Write and edit lines and speakers

Lines

• Enter starts a new line; Shift+Enter breaks within a line; Backspace on an empty line deletes it.
• A line's More menu: start a chapter here, add a line below, split at the cursor, duplicate, delete.
• Pause after sets the silence after a line: none to 2 seconds (0.3 s by default).

Speakers

Click the speaker's name on a line to choose who reads it, or to move all of one speaker's lines to another. In the outline, add, rename or remove speakers and change their voices. A speaker who still has lines can't be removed.

A project holds up to 2,000 lines and 16 speakers. Press ? anywhere for keyboard shortcuts.
