What we store, how it's protected, who can see it, and how to take it all back.

01Storage

Where your work lives.

Infrastructure: Leelo runs on Google Cloud. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere) and at rest.
Files: Your recordings, exports and voices are private to your account, or your team on Pro and Business. Only the public voice samples on this site are served openly.
Retention: Generated audio is kept for as long as your plan says: 7 days on Free, 90 on Starter, 180 on lifetime deals, and for good on Creator and above. Projects and voices stay until you delete them.

02Access

Sign-in: Email and password, or Google, and we ask every email account to confirm its address. Sessions are held in a secure, HTTP-only cookie that scripts on the page can't read.
Teams: Owners, admins and members, with seats set by the plan. An activity log records who did what in a shared workspace.
API keys: Shown once, when you make them. We keep only a hash, so even a copy of our database isn't a copy of your access. Revoke a key at any time.
Webhooks: Every delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and your webhook's own secret, so you can check it came from us.
Payments: Handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers.

03Voices

Consent: Cloning asks you to confirm you are the speaker or have their permission, and that confirmation is recorded with the voice.
Privacy: A cloned or designed voice can only be used by the account that made it, and its team.
Misuse: Impersonation and deception are against our terms. Report a voice you believe was cloned without consent to support@leelo-ai.com and we'll act on it.

04Your rights

Deletion: Delete your account from Settings: projects, voices, files, players and team places go. The usage ledger is kept as the billing record.
Your data: Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be corrected. Write to support@leelo-ai.com.
Reporting: Found a security issue? Please tell us at support@leelo-ai.com before telling anyone else, and we'll respond quickly.
